The staff here is very impolite, and the nails didn't last as long as expected compared to other places.
Avoid this place, staff can be quite impolite if you don't have an appointment. They won't serve you if your service takes longer than their next appointment. The lady at the front seemed annoyed with my questions. Despite wanting to try someone new, her attitude put me off. So, I settled for my usual nail service. The man who did my nails did a great job, but was interrupted by the woman. Another woman working there couldn't answer my questions either. I was told they only did polish with glitter or S&M dip nails. Overall, very dissatisfied. The lady at the front was extremely rude, despite the sign saying no appointment needed. The man who did my nails usually does pedicures, but he was pleasant. However, I didn't feel comfortable speaking to him as the lady was always interrupting. I do not recommend this nail salon at all! Unless they know you, they are not kind. I could have done my nails with a dollar store kit. I feel sorry for the elderly man who did my nails today, working with the younger lady who was just rude. I will not come here again.
Today was my first visit to Super Nails, and I was thrilled with the service! My nails were fragile and cracking from a previous salon, but they fixed them without extra charges. I've been searching for a good nail salon for over 3 months, and I'm glad I found this one. I won't go anywhere else now!
