My initial visit in December 2023 left me thoroughly impressed. The service was top-notch and reasonably priced. I opted for a refill and gel manicure that lasted a full month. It was a delightful experience that I truly enjoyed.
I visited for a gel removal and gel manicure, expecting to pay the advertised $40. However, I was charged $67 for a disappointing outcome - uneven and bumpy nails, with one pinky nail cut so short a fake nail was necessary. The process took about 2 hours, and despite reaching out for a fix, I have yet to receive a response. My overall experience was quite disappointing.
