Truly exceptional service at the salon. The team worked diligently with me to achieve the specific nail look I desired (French ombre). They were forthright, kind, and transparent about pricing. Will certainly be returning!
My regular spot was closed, so I decided to give this one a try since it was conveniently located near my residence. It turned out to be a rather unpleasant experience, and I will not be returning. Despite charging the same prices as other salons, they offered fewer services (no massage, no soaking, no cuticle trimming). The technician simply removed my old nail polish and applied the dip polish without properly manicuring the cuticles, leading to issues during the cleanup process. She aggressively used her (very sharp) nails to rectify areas where the polish had bled, resulting in significant discomfort. Additionally, they were unable to provide change, forcing me to leave a larger tip. It's disappointing when you anticipate a relaxing experience and encounter such disappointments.
