First visit here and Caitlyn was fantastic!! Everyone always knows it's tough to find someone you can trust with your hair and I find my gal!! She is so kind and skilled!! I visited the salon and waited an additional hour and a half before someone inquired about my purpose there. After identifying the reason for my visit, the designated stylist for my hair was absent. I waited another half-hour until she returned, stating, "Oh, I didn't realize you were here for me." She proceeded to work on my hair, asking if I wanted a haircut. I agreed, assuming she was skilled in cutting hair, but she ended up shaving the sides bald without a proper line up. The retwisting process took 2-3 hours, and upon completion, she sprayed enhancement spray on my hairline without a proper alignment, charging me $120 for a botched haircut and retwist. Furthermore, she paused to attend to other clients while working on my hair, leading to a lengthy process.
