Kindly refrain from patronizing this establishment and seek services elsewhere. The nail work was subpar, resulting in a messy and infected finger with persistent discharge and swelling. Despite my plea to speak with the owner for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses. The chaotic scene, involving a child and a screaming individual, left me with no choice but to flee. I strongly advise against visiting this place.

I recently paid over $80, including a tip, for the most unattractive stiletto nails I've ever had. The curved tips of the nails gave them an unsightly appearance, especially when extended in length. In an attempt to salvage the situation, I requested a stiletto shape, but the end result resembled elf shoes with wide and oddly pointed tips. The bright red color provided was far from the subtle hue I desired, leading to a disappointing outcome. The disparity between my envisioned nail art and the actual result left me on the verge of tears. The quality of work fell short of expectations, prompting me to vow against a return visit. Unless seeking basic and short nail designs, I do not recommend this salon. Although the elderly nail technician was kind and tried her best, the lack of communication regarding capabilities and limitations was evident. Nail technicians should be transparent about what they can and cannot execute, especially for specialized looks like mine. I expressed my need for professional photoshoot-worthy nails, and the final product did not align with this request. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience.

I've frequented this place for over a decade now. Kenny is the only one who can work magic on my feet, while Lucie expertly tends to my lashes and eyebrows. Although I don't typically indulge in nail services, when I do, Lily, positioned in the first chair to the right upon entering, is my go-to.
