Appointments are a must, but be prepared to endure a 30-minute wait. During my last visit, I was informed that gel nails should last 3 to 4 weeks. However, upon returning, I was told that I had waited too long. I chose this salon for its appointment availability, but it seems futile. Moreover, they lack flexibility for customers, indicating a lack of concern for client satisfaction. Somewhat disheartened!!! I'll be returning to a more honest establishment.
The service provided by T and her spouse is extremely poor in my personal view. Initially, this nail salon seemed promising... I always tip generously after each service. However, when I had to cancel my appointment due to an emergency, they had the audacity to charge me a $25 cancellation fee. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment as they seem solely focused on monetary gain. Additionally, T's husband takes an excessive 2 1/2 hours just to paint toenails, and their pricing is inconsistent, varying with each visit. It's baffling... steer clear of this profit-driven establishment.
This hidden treasure is truly exceptional. Their attention to detail is remarkable. As a new parent and professional, my schedule is packed. I don't have the luxury of frequent nail appointments, but when I do visit this spot, my manicure lasts for ages. It's highly recommended to book an appointment in advance rather than walking in.
