Appointments are a must, but be prepared to endure a 30-minute wait. During my last visit, I was informed that gel nails should last 3 to 4 weeks. However, upon returning, I was told that I had waited too long. I chose this salon for its appointment availability, but it seems futile. Moreover, they lack flexibility for customers, indicating a lack of concern for client satisfaction. Somewhat disheartened!!!
