David is the absolute worst! Don't walk, run! He is impolite and unprofessional, with no clue what he's doing! How many stars are too many for him! Dreadful.
I visited for a pedicure with acrylic toenails. The technician glued the tip onto my nail, but it was evident to me that the fake nail wasn't fully secured, with gel polish smudged on my skin and cuticles. In hindsight, the nail tip was too small for my toenail (having to force it into place when tips should naturally fit to prevent lifting on the real nail), yet the service proceeded. The gel polish curing on my skin caused it to peel off! I've had this done elsewhere and know how it should look! The hygiene was lacking, as they didn't use plastic covers to keep the pedicure bowls clean between clients. Moreover, the bottle with a brush for cuticle oil was used on both hands and feet, which is unsanitary due to the potential for bacteria and infections.
