I indulged in some Christmas-themed treatments today, including a brow reshape and a relaxing leg and foot massage. The service was excellent and truly special. The pedicure was done by a polite and professional staff member, making the experience enjoyable. The salon comes highly recommended as the staff genuinely cares about their customers.

My pedicure experience today was disappointing. The technician seemed very impatient, rushing through the service. Despite being a repeat customer, I felt like I was being hurried from the moment I walked in. Additionally, there was an unexpected charge for using a credit card that was not clearly communicated beforehand. The lack of transparency and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. I even left a tip without a thank you, reflecting the overall rudeness of the experience. I will be sharing my negative experience with my family, friends, and colleagues to prevent them from facing a similar situation.

I visited a new salon today, which is rare for me as I usually stick to familiar places. It being a Sunday, I decided to try something different and opted for a cat eye design, number 40. Unfortunately, the end result was not what I expected. The nails turned out see-through due to the cheap, whiteish cloudy colored tips used. Even after four coats and a clear top coat, my nails were still bubbled. I have naturally high, thick, round nails that were supposed to be shaped straight and square, making me quite uncomfortable. Despite my requests for adjustments, the technician refused to fix them properly, claiming that filing would ruin them. I did not ask for four coats of gel polish, and it was frustrating that he continued despite knowing the outcome. I ended up paying full price for a service I was not satisfied with. I had to come home and work on reshaping the nails myself, which should not have been necessary. The salon lacked ambiance, and it felt like they were more focused on quantity over quality.
