STAY AWAY!!! On 7/24/23 after 3 pm I stood in line for a brow service, the staff member or manager was extremely rude and irritable, her negative vibes linger. I should've heeded my gut feeling to walk away when I tried to explain my preferences and she abruptly said give me a minute while she proceeded to shape my eyebrows. It felt rushed and resulted in mismatched and bluntly shaped brows. The staff member should not interact with customers if they are unwilling to at least consider their requests. This establishment is not up to par with hygiene standards, but I should have been wiser than to visit a mall kiosk operated by inexperienced individuals.
This is the only spot I rely on to have my eyebrows shaped. Both individuals do a fantastic job and are extremely pleasant. Monse shaped my brows today and they turned out beautifully.
