Quality Massage

During my recent visit, Linda conducted my massage. She was exceptionally courteous and proficient in English. As a new masseuse at the establishment, she delivered a quality massage, albeit significantly shorter than the duration I had paid for. I had booked a 45-minute session but received no more than 25 minutes of massage, leaving me dissatisfied. It was evident that she had another client waiting and rushed through my session, which I found unfair. I was prepared to offer a generous tip for her services, but the shortened session left me disappointed. Management should address this issue with her to ensure she consistently honors the full time booked, similar to the exemplary service provided by Coco and Yan, who were previously employed there. If Linda can emulate their dedication, she has the potential to excel as a massage therapist. Thank you!

3.5 Stars Firstly, I must say the location is easily found, offering complimentary parking. The room was impeccably clean, and the tranquil music enhanced the relaxing ambiance. My Massage therapist was Emmy, incredibly diligent and thorough; opting for lotion as her tool of choice. I visited for a 60-minute relaxing massage, with a focus on my scalp, shoulders, and upper back. Emmy displayed a strong command of Swedish techniques, addressing all the requested areas. She even incorporated a bit of reflexology on my fingers as an added bonus. The only reason I cannot give more than 4 stars is because she was the sole staff member present at the location. While providing the massage, she was also fielding phone calls at the front desk, which was less than ideal but understandable given the understaffing issues. Although I booked for 60 minutes, I received only about 45 minutes of actual bodywork before the next client arrived. Emmy worked tirelessly to accommodate my massage while handling inquiries from potential clients over the phone. A dedicated worker like her truly deserves recognition for her hard work. I would consider returning if they can address the front desk situation.

Called to inquire about availability, she confirmed closing at 10:30. Arrived promptly, paid for a 10-minute session, and generously tipped. She then mentioned having another appointment, which left me feeling slighted. I expressed my disappointment and decided not to return. Despite previous positive experiences, this encounter was disappointing. Best of luck to you, but you've lost a customer.
