That was a terrible experience. The technician was quite rough and accidentally cut my pinky toe. The water temperature was too hot, and she seemed annoyed when asked to adjust it. She applied three coats on my big toe but forgot to add a clear top coat on any of my nails. As soon as I got into my car, I accidentally chipped my big toe while trying to press the brake. I sat for 30 minutes thinking my toes were dry, only to realize they weren't. I visited Rozi today for eyebrow threading and tinting! The results were absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting an eyebrow tint, and I am extremely satisfied with how they turned out. The whole process only took 15 minutes!
