I've been a regular for pedicures here. They're always friendly and do a great job. What I love is their no walk-ins policy and having only two staff members creates a calm atmosphere, ensuring undivided attention during appointments.
Immaculately clean. Mike and Tan are welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've been a loyal customer for years and always leave completely satisfied. There's no other place I'd go to.
Won't return. Scheduled 3 mani-pedis for my 3 daughters. Was informed of 2 employees, so the 3rd would wait, which was fine. Dropped off 2, then got yelled at when I brought the 3rd. Was scolded for not being there earlier. Told the 3rd could have been accommodated simultaneously. When the 3rd declined a pedicure, I was berated again. Never faced such rudeness at a nail salon.
