Terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in store several times because prices are good. But I hate going because the workers suck. They don't acknowledge you at all there is usually 3 of them or sometimes more standing and talking gossiping, and will not help you. They make personal calls on their phones while they are checking you out. This time they kept turning the lights off in the store and thought it was funny. I asked for assistance in the dressing room because I had more than three outfits to try on and that I could not put then on the other side of my dressing room door but had to go outside the whole dressing room to exchange outfits. He was standing by the dressing room with three other girls I asked if one of them could bring me another outfit and exchange so I would not have to get completely dressed and come out. He said with a smirk "Well If were around. I am thinking this is a tiny store where the heck would you go. So I just left the other clothes I was going to get and they lost a big sale. One girl even stated she was not going to get up that she was tired. I wasn't given any customer service at the checkout and wasn't even told Thankyou. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I own a business around the corner and I go out of my way to appreciate every customer. I cant believe people actually hire people like that, But I will let people know because I am not the only one that has experienced this.
I am a frequent shopper, the store is small but clean, everything is easy to see, the staff are always polite and helpful. I have been to a lot of rainbows but this is my go to store. ❤️
First time taking my dad to this rainbow and getting him out he’s sickly so he was feeling kind of down so I decided to buy him a couple of things you know make him feel good well, these people especially the manager were following us around I didn’t notice until I went by the shoes and he actually blocked my way from doing what I needed to do which was continue to shop around. They were very disrespectful we asked them to grab some shoes that we couldn’t reach And they had an attitude we’re honest people unbelievable my father is a type two diabetic and a cancer survivor. We definitely didn’t deserve this treatment. All I came in was to shop and give a piece of mind to my father never again. I will spend my money where it’s kindly appreciate it. This place is not a welcoming environment.
