The quality of the nail service was subpar. The powder nails applied were thick and uneven, resembling multiple layers. Despite requesting corrections during the process, the final outcome was unsatisfactory. I will not be returning to this salon and would rate them zero stars. The result looks amateurish, akin to the work of a child.
Every staff member I interacted with displayed professionalism and politeness. I visited for last-minute lash extensions and received exceptional treatment. The process included washing and brushing my lashes, using a protective cover for my lower lashes, and skillfully applying the extensions. The outcome is fantastic! I am thrilled with my lashes, which have lasted for an impressive 6 weeks. Moreover, the service was reasonably priced, making it a truly satisfying experience.
My offspring stepped into the nail salon today, seeking a full set with French tips. Prior to commencing the nail service, we inquired about the cost of a full set with French tips, however, the staff seemed unsure and provided us with a brochure indicating $30. After a brief period, my offspring returned to the salon to receive the service. To our surprise, upon completion, the total cost amounted to $65. The technician assumed the design required gel nails without confirming with my offspring, resulting in additional charges. This lack of communication and transparency in pricing was disappointing. I caution others to ensure clarity on pricing before proceeding with services at this establishment.
