Initially, I must express the proprietor's professionalism and respectfulness. At Laplace Pet Shop and Grooming, I was not just a customer but felt like family. Unsure of how I wanted my toy poodle to look, they not only made it work but did an exceptional job. The staff's politeness must not go unnoticed; their customer service is outstanding. My dog left happy, smelling great, and received top-notch care. Laplace Pet Shop and Grooming is truly the best in town. I highly recommend them for a fantastic experience.
While they were punctual with our appointments initially, they frequently canceled. We explicitly requested not to pluck our dog's ear hair, only to cut or trim it, but they disregarded our instructions with one of our dogs. This caused discomfort for days. Subsequently, they ceased taking our appointments, citing that our preferences were too stressful for them. Despite being the ones initiating communication and asking questions, they falsely accused my wife of being the instigator. As a responsible dog owner, it is reasonable to have specific grooming requests. If they are unable to accommodate such preferences, they should reconsider their business practices.
