The quality of the nail service was subpar. The powder nails applied were thick and uneven, resembling multiple layers. Despite requesting corrections during the process, the final outcome was unsatisfactory. I will not be returning to this salon and would rate them zero stars. The result looks amateurish, akin to the work of a child.

I. Diagnosed with MS at age 40, I began seeing Woody shortly after. Despite intermittent breaks due to work commitments, I realized the importance of therapy in my battle against MS. Alongside my supportive family, doctors, friends, insurance, and medication, Woody and Felicia have played a crucial role in my fight against this relentless disease. Despite changes in staff, Woody and Felicia have remained constant pillars of support throughout. Even during the pandemic-induced hiatus from March 2020 to April 2021, returning to see Woody, Felicia, Katie, Casey, and Chris was a warm welcome back. Thank you, SJPT, for helping me stay resilient in this ongoing battle.

Consistently provides excellent care for my miniature goldendoodle girl and is extremely meticulous with grooming. I highly recommend their services for all breeds, particularly goldendoodles. 🤍🤍🤍

Claims to be upscale, but no offer of coffee, mimosa, or even water. Upscale salons do this. Maybe they meant the price is upscale, haha. However, the owner does nice hair with no pressure to cut your hair off. I can appreciate that.

In a land unknown! If you've perused any of my critiques or glimpsed my check-in, then you know I adhere to one specific spot. I freshly relocated here, so I minus visiting the metropolis. I required a nail salon nearby. And not only were they 5mins away. They're open on Sunday. It was a tad bustling but it was well worth the wait. I had a delightful person named Alex who did my nails. And when I inform you she surpassed my anticipations. From the shaping to the length to the hue! Everything was superb. Not certain of the person's name who did my partner's and my pedicures, but they were just as adept and had delightful personas. I'm uncertain if she was the proprietor, but another lady was so genial and sweet. I had some predicaments afore arriving there; she made this experience delightful for me. I also say to be kind to individuals because you never know what they're enduring. And they made my rainbow on a cloudy day. Will unquestionably be my new preferred nail salon. Oh and if you're pondering about the price. Well, let's just say you won't need to donate blood after settling your bill.

Terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in store several times because prices are good. But I hate going because the workers suck. They don't acknowledge you at all there is usually 3 of them or sometimes more standing and talking gossiping, and will not help you. They make personal calls on their phones while they are checking you out. This time they kept turning the lights off in the store and thought it was funny. I asked for assistance in the dressing room because I had more than three outfits to try on and that I could not put then on the other side of my dressing room door but had to go outside the whole dressing room to exchange outfits. He was standing by the dressing room with three other girls I asked if one of them could bring me another outfit and exchange so I would not have to get completely dressed and come out. He said with a smirk "Well If were around. I am thinking this is a tiny store where the heck would you go. So I just left the other clothes I was going to get and they lost a big sale. One girl even stated she was not going to get up that she was tired. I wasn't given any customer service at the checkout and wasn't even told Thankyou. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I own a business around the corner and I go out of my way to appreciate every customer. I cant believe people actually hire people like that, But I will let people know because I am not the only one that has experienced this.
