AVOID. I shall not return. Unsure if a new attendant was present, as I have visited this place previously and not seen her. Initially, she mentioned waxing first (a first for me). She traversed the room to fetch the wax on a stick, returning with semi-dry wax applied to me by the time she came back. Then came the threading. She appeared clueless and kept pinching me, prompting me to say "ow" a few times. Instead of instructing me to remove my hand, she lightly tapped it. No conversation at all. She did not clean up the wax or anything and sent me off in that state. She claimed I did not require a trim. (Initial two photos) Upon reaching the car and glancing in the mirror, I was appalled. I returned and pointed out the need for trimming and the patch of hair she missed. She acted as though I was lying until she saw it herself. She inspected me and rectified the issue as per the other attendant's instructions, though I could not comprehend what was said. She proceeded to thread once more and once again pinched me multiple times, this time drawing blood. Without informing me of the cut, she placed a cotton ball on it followed by one soaked in rubbing alcohol, causing a burning sensation on my eyebrows. She abruptly declared she was finished, failing to acknowledge the cut or offer an apology. My brows still appear uneven and poorly shaped, with the added injury. (Final photos) I am currently in the car contemplating how I will manage to display such uneven brows for the next few weeks.

Incredible spot!! The service is top-notch and the individuals are incredibly kind!! Sam is a master at what they do!! They are a true expert. Their salon is exceptionally tidy and incredibly inviting.

I had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting Jordan for my appointment. They returned my call very quickly. More importantly they were very attentive of what can be done so that I can get the best experience. On Father's Day I received a medical massage and it was amazing! They were very attentive to details and explained everything thoroughly during my assessment and massage. I will be a returning client. It was such a blessing and pleasure to find Jordan!

I noticed hair loss on the second day. The braids were too thick. I waited an hour for the stylist to arrive, and then it took 8 hours, double the usual time. I only give one star for the $200 price; it wasn't worth more than that.

I had a wonderful experience at Vida Salon & Spa. The service was prompt, and the quality of work was excellent.

Although this establishment has been closed for quite some time, they truly excel at providing excellent service. I would rate them four stars.
