I have recommended over ten individuals to the Beauty Academy within the past year. At least five of them have availed services at least once. On Thursday, I encountered one of the most disappointing customer service experiences. Such an amazing experience! My stylist's name was Alex. She was incredibly welcoming and provided exceptional customer service! She trimmed my ends without sacrificing length, unlike other salons; and managed to style my hair without excessive heat; a rarity in other salons.
