Pro Nails

The owner, Alex, and his spouse, Sam, were the backbone of this establishment. Alex was always respectful to customers, but Sam seemed to enjoy causing trouble. She had a consistently nasty attitude and was disrespectful to customers. Alex no longer works at the store; he now works in Seattle, WA. The store has declined in quality, with a young and inexperienced staff under Sam's management. She seems to mistreat Black customers, going out of her way to please White customers. It's best to avoid this place if you don't want to risk a shoddy job or potential conflict with Sam. The store, once kept clean by Alex, now has a bad smell and lacks the same standards.

I had to wait for 15/20 minutes even though I was told I could have my acrylics removed and redone. When it was my turn, I explained to the man that I was late for my lunch break and would only have time to have them removed. He refused, saying it would be a waste of time, despite being told otherwise earlier. He suggested a "fill in," but my nails were in no condition for that. He then told me to find somewhere else to have them removed. Very unprofessional and understaffed. I've been a customer before, but I won't be returning.

This place is fantastic! T is the most skilled nail technician I know. He is meticulous and ensures that everything is done perfectly.
