She had a consistently nasty attitude and was disrespectful to customers. Alex no longer works at the store; he now works in Seattle, WA. The store has declined in quality, with a young and inexperienced staff under Sam's management. She seems to mistreat Black customers, going out of her way to please White customers. It's best to avoid this place if you don't want to risk a shoddy job or potential conflict with Sam.
