The proprietor was away who did my brows previously. This time my eyebrows look absolutely dreadful. I regret that I paid $30 for them. They are uneven and the tinting was a disaster! The hue was wrong, the shape resembled a child's coloring on my face. I had a televised performance and I appeared unkempt! I felt ashamed.
