My teenage Girls have decided they want to grow out their hair a bit. However we were not loving them looking like an alpaca. Alex James does an amazing job with them and they love coming here. It was like pulling teeth to get them to want to get their hair cut before. Now they ask for us to make the appointment!! The your gentlemen’s at the front desk are also always friendly and professional. The salon is overall very clean and gorgeous in its design!
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE NO RESPECT FOR TIME Got an appointment 10 days in advance. Got to the salon 5-7mins before the appointment, checked in. After waiting for 20-22 minutes past the appointment time when asked for the 2nd time “how much longer?”, I was told it’ll be another 20 minutes as the Hair stylist is with a new client. I was a new client too, but apparently some are more important than others.
