I've been a patron at European Wax Center for years, and have visited numerous locations. Tessa at the Mason/Deerfield location is without a doubt my preferred choice! She is welcoming, easy to connect with, and creates a comfortable atmosphere. She does an exceptional job, and sticks to the schedule! I would enthusiastically recommend Tessa to anyone!
I've been visiting EWC for a few years now and value the flexibility of appointments and the amiable staff. Every visit is enjoyable, no issues but my recent appointment really stood out. At the Mason location, The receptionist was warm and informative informing me about promotions that were relevant to me and my wax specialist Marissa was outstanding! Incredibly friendly and maintained a lively conversation throughout. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!
Morgan is consistently kind and does an outstanding job!! I highly suggest booking with her! I've seen a couple of the other women and they were also fantastic but Morgan is definitely the best! Always punctual. Provides extra services without being pushy. Conversation flows effortlessly so there's no uncomfortable silence.
