I'm usually a calm, undemanding patron who avoids making a fuss over minor issues. However, today's experience will likely deter me from coming back. They assigned a very young male, likely a relative, to perform my pedicure. I say "perform" because he was so nervous that he could barely trim my toenails. His work on each foot was inconsistent due to his lack of experience and forgetfulness. I attempted to remain patient, but it was stressful as I wasn't receiving the quality of service I expected for the price. Fortunately, another technician took over and rectified the uneven nails, but missed a few steps of the pedicure because he was unaware of what the young man had or hadn't done. I understand that everyone starts somewhere, but had this individual completed his training or obtained his nail license? While I'm relieved he didn't injure me, allowing an inexperienced trainee to handle my service without prior consent is not acceptable. Moreover, a discount should have been offered, similar to what cosmetology schools provide for services rendered by students.
