Warning!!! Subpar products and overpriced defective wigs. Refunds and exchanges not accepted, indicated on a cardboard box. Not worth the trouble, and the owner's conduct is unprofessional.
Scheduled a 10 am appointment with Lannel. No communication from her thereafter. Contacted her on the appointment day to inquire about hair preferences, only to be informed of a last-minute cancellation due to another commitment. Offered a 5 pm slot the same day or the next day, which was not feasible for me. Agreed on the 5 pm slot, confirmed by her at 4:30 pm. Arrived at 4:57 pm to find her just starting on another client, despite claiming readiness for my appointment. Waited for 20 minutes with no progress. Disorganized experience, left without getting my hair done. Will not be returning, hoping for improved management from the owner/management. Time and money not respected, wasted gas for nothing. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire ordeal.
