I had a booking on Dec 16th at 5 pm. The individual who rudely informed me, with considerable attitude, that my hair wouldn't be cut because most appointments are no-shows left me feeling offended. I will not return. Making an appointment typically ensures you receive the service. Kindly address this issue.
I requested a short haircut but ended up with a nearly shaved and uneven style. One sideburn is notably shorter and shaved. Throughout my visit, the hairstylist displayed a bad attitude and was impolite to clients. She even answered a phone call rudely, expressing her dislike for cutting women's hair. I will not return.
I didn't expect a perfect haircut for $15, but this is exceptionally poor! It looks awful! The girl was pleasant, but she clearly has much to learn. I explicitly asked her not to cut it too short, just to thin it out for easier brushing. Instead, she cut it so short that I can't go to another salon for a fix because there's barely any hair left. 😭
