I wanted to share how wonderful my consultation with Taylor was! As someone who is multiply neurodivergent and deals with apraxia of speech, communicating can be challenging at times. And let's not even talk about the struggle of deciding how to style my hair. But Taylor was absolutely amazing - they were so professional, kind, and had some fantastic suggestions. I'm really looking forward to getting my hair done next week! Even though Taylor was fully booked, they went out of their way to help me choose the perfect day for my appointment, and another stylist will be taking care of me.
