Ear piercing Septum piercing Nose piercing

I began at booth 24, waiting for over 20 minutes. Staff were chatting amongst themselves. When a person approached, they assisted her immediately. The staff member went to help a group of men while we were there first. Upon reaching booth 24, only one person was being helped. The staff member basically ignored us, not assisting anyone, just standing there. Frustrated, we moved to booth 777, about 500 yards from 24. We were promptly served. All the women there were very professional and friendly. We were attended to as soon as we arrived. We will return to 777, but in my view, 24 should consider letting go of a few employees who just loiter and seem to only want to help select customers. We were not the only ones this happened to. Several other customers experienced the same at 24 and also moved to 777 for quick service.

To get from the salon to Banter by Piercing Pagoda at 401 Park City Center #5500, Lancaster, PA 17601, United States by public transport, take Bus Route 3 from the nearest bus stop to Lancaster Train Station, then transfer to Bus Route 11 which will drop you off near the destination. If driving, head north on Park City Center and turn right onto Harrisburg Pike, then turn left onto Plaza Blvd and finally left onto Park City Center to reach Banter by Piercing Pagoda.
