I requested a full set of acrylic nails, but the technician didn't push my cuticles back properly, making them look neglected. Additionally, two nails were uneven in length, and when I asked for a fix, they just cut down the longer one without proper explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. The technicians didn't stop speaking their language, making me feel uncomfortable. I hope my experience can prevent others from facing similar treatment.
My nail artist, Duke, is truly skilled in nail and pedicure services. Melody, who does my pedicures, is fantastic. I highly recommend them!
