I had never experienced Golden Nails before, but I had heard glowing recommendations about them. After perusing reviews, I opted to hastily schedule an appointment with Lily. The online booking process was incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the elegant setting, and Nikki at the reception was exceptionally courteous. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails. The service provided by Lily and her spouse Peter was outstanding - they are not only kind and gracious but also incredibly artistic! I am definitely planning to return to visit them again! Additionally, their pricing is quite reasonable. Thank you once more, Lily, for your exceptional service!
This establishment is truly remarkable. It runs smoothly, achieves success, and exudes warmth. They offer services for lashes, eyebrows, and a wide variety of nail options. Having visited numerous nail salons, I can confidently say that what sets this place apart is not just the staff, but the overall serene ambiance. I rate this place a perfect 10 out of 10. My initial and final visit to this salon was disappointing. Despite booking an appointment online and reading positive reviews, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was promptly seated for my gel manicure. The male nail technician appeared rushed and only presented me with a single color swatch book to choose from (unlike other salons that offer a variety of options). As he began trimming my cuticles, he immediately nicked two of my fingers, causing bleeding. He applied a green liquid to the cuts and proceeded to file and buff my nails, repeatedly catching my skin. When I requested him to exercise more caution, his response was dismissive. As he began working on my other hand, he once again nicked my finger almost immediately. Feeling upset, I left the salon - no attempts were made to apologize or rectify the situation. The lack of professionalism displayed is disheartening. I have no intention of returning.
