I recently reached out to this place to schedule an appointment. Upon calling, I was directed to a voicemail, and subsequently received text messages indicating the next available slot would be in September. Given that it is currently May, I find this waiting period to be quite extensive.

I have given this establishment numerous chances to improve their customer service. Over the past 3 years, I have been in and out periodically, but each time, the staff's demeanor has been lacking warmth and friendliness. One morning, as the first customer of the day, I entered the premises only to be met with indifference from the man and woman at the front desk who continued their conversation without acknowledging me. Disheartened, I left immediately. I have no intentions of returning as their pedicures are subpar, lacking a menu, and lacking thoroughness. I've had good cuts in the past with one of the individuals there, but the person we just went to absolutely ruined mine and my partner's. Unfortunately, I don't recall their name. This is definitely the worst cut I've ever had, even the PX is better. I asked them to keep the top long and just clean up the sides and back. I even specified that I want it long because I can finally have an "out of regs cut". I ended up with basically a short bowl cut and the sides aren't even clean. It's absolutely random and asymmetrical. I have no idea what this is even supposed to be and I'm very upset. Can't even go to a good barber to fix it cause I don't want it even shorter.About
