SS Lakewood holds a special place in my heart. I make it a point to visit at least once a week instead of ordering online because I have such a fondness for the staff there. Jaidyn is an absolute gem, always well-informed and accommodating. I simply adore her. And Richard, the store manager, is beyond exceptional! He consistently goes the extra mile, maintaining a professional demeanor, and offering invaluable assistance. I have immense appreciation for the team at my local Lakewood showroom!
This establishment is consistently well-maintained, and the employees are exceptionally amiable. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here and collaborating with the various brands. I coordinated a visit for my high school beauty school students here, and Ricard graciously extended the store hours to accommodate us. He provided valuable resources for the students and ensured they felt warmly welcomed.
This was my preferred salon supply store. During my visit last week, the individuals working at that time displayed an unprofessional attitude. Their behavior made me feel uneasy, as if I had stepped into a high school rather than a professional establishment. Throughout my shopping experience, I couldn't help but notice them gathered behind the counter, whispering and then laughing collectively in my direction. Despite being in the service industry myself, where kindness is paramount, I made a conscious effort to greet them upon entering. Let's always remember to spread kindness in this challenging world we inhabit.
