I have frequented this establishment sporadically over the past 15-20 years. Lee is always willing to accommodate my last-minute requests for a wash, deep conditioning, blowout, flat iron, or curls. Engaging conversations, I always look forward to my visits here.
Terrible service, Caucasian man mistreats Latinx individuals and undermines them. Did not feel valued and encountered discrimination. This establishment used to be excellent, but now it has turned unwelcoming towards patrons. Truly awful behavior, hopefully he learns empathy. Avoid this place.
I visited to have my daughter's type 4C hair straightened. Lee washed, deep conditioned, trimmed, and straightened her hair for a reasonable price. She did an excellent job! The ambiance is incredibly welcoming! Many thanks for everything, Lee!
