I've had good cuts in the past with one of the individuals there, but the person we just went to absolutely ruined mine and my partner's. Unfortunately, I don't recall their name. This is definitely the worst cut I've ever had, even the PX is better. I asked them to keep the top long and just clean up the sides and back. I even specified that I want it long because I can finally have an "out of regs cut". I ended up with basically a short bowl cut and the sides aren't even clean. It's absolutely random and asymmetrical. I have no idea what this is even supposed to be and I'm very upset. Can't even go to a good barber to fix it cause I don't want it even shorter.
Not only is my hair choppy along the bottom, but I also asked for a surface trim to help get rid of my split ends and didn't get one. Great Clips has never been a "great" place to get a trim at, but sometimes you'll get someone who actually knows what they're doing. I'm unimpressed. Going to get it fixed elsewhere.
The person Ames there was amazing! I took my daughter and they accommodated us very well! They did exactly what I asked for and my hair feels amazing. 10/10 recommendation!
