On the date of April 24, 2024, I decided to explore a different nail salon. I opted for this establishment due to its proximity to my partner's residence. Regrettably, I shall not be returning. My visit proved to be the most unpleasant experience. I requested a full set of nails. As the technician commenced painting my nails, I noticed the unevenness and clumpiness of the polish, with some nails left inadequately painted. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction, the technician responded with aggression, exclaiming, "Oh dear, now I must remove everything." I attempted to address her in a calm manner, only to be met with further hostility. Her forceful removal of the polish led me to the decision to depart without allowing her to rectify the situation.
This establishment is exceptional. Consistently outstanding service and a pristine environment.
