This store was once my go-to spot..now when I need items I seek out another beauty supply or different Cosmo prof.. service has declined, it seems like one individual is always bothered to see me or simply dislikes my background. I approach the same person for assistance or inquiries. And she responds curtly. With a demeanor that conveys indifference towards me. This is not the first instance of this happening. I observe her conversing with others. And she greets them with a smile, conversing perfectly fine. I strive to avoid visiting this place. It's disheartening that individuals in such roles have issues with people like myself.
(Friday March 8,2024 5pm) I just departed from this establishment and I was eager to leave feedback! I'm not sure what occurred today but typically the service here is acceptable, not a single person inquired if I required assistance! I approached a lady (with gray colorful hair) for help and she appeared so inconvenienced then assisted me in a manner that conveyed annoyance, then when I asked her again for aid, she sighed and remarked it should be like any mask without bothering to look up or anything, then at checkout they appeared bothered and on top of that they kept discussing how they have to work on specific days and how irritated they are about having to wake up early and one was telling the other "don't even work" like why are you discussing how annoyed you are about your schedule in front of a customer instead of assisting? Frankly, if I didn't urgently need this color, I would have gone elsewhere... dreadful customer service!
