This store was once my go-to spot..now when I need items I seek out another beauty supply or different Cosmo prof.. service has declined, it seems like one individual is always bothered to see me or simply dislikes my background. I approach the same person for assistance or inquiries. And she responds curtly. With a demeanor that conveys indifference towards me. This is not the first instance of this happening. I observe her conversing with others. And she greets them with a smile, conversing perfectly fine. I strive to avoid visiting this place. This was my first visit to this salon, and I must say, the team here did an outstanding job. They were attentive to my preferences and I appreciate that. I'm inclined to schedule my next appointment for 9 am as I prefer a quieter atmosphere. Also, if you're fortunate, one of the nail technicians might offer you a refreshing beverage.
