I was fortunate to have a coupon for this place. However, from the moment I walked in, I had a feeling I should have left. The lady at the front desk was rude and seemed bothered that I was a walk-in with no wait time. The second lady, working on the third or fourth chair to the right, checked me in and gave me what felt like a military cut. It only took her 6-7 minutes, during which she cut my ear with the clippers, leaving my neck feeling like it's burning. She either needs new clippers or should at least clean them. Despite the experience, I still tipped her, but she had the nerve to roll her eyes. I didn't complain; I just wanted to forget this experience. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I would not recommend anyone to visit this establishment.
Erin, one of the stylists, was incredibly kind. Despite a long day and an error during my online check-in, she managed to fit me in even though it was late and there was a long wait. She did a fantastic job on my hair. Mac, the other stylist, was also friendly despite the busy day. I would definitely give them 5 stars and would go back for another haircut!
I'm not sure what the issue is with the staff here. Perhaps they aren't paid well or treated nicely, but there always seems to be new stylists, suggesting a high turnover. They always appear to be in a bad mood, and even if you request a specific haircut, they end up doing whatever they want. I gave it a few tries, but I'm definitely looking for a different salon.
