This has to be one of the most disappointing pedicures I've ever received. Firstly, the seating felt uncomfortable, reminiscent of a waiting area at a vet's office or a diner. It was challenging to maintain a relaxed posture while getting my feet done. The nail file left my nails looking flaky and uneven along the edges. The supposedly warm towels for my legs quickly turned cold after a minute. The so-called massage felt more like a child applying lotion, lasting a mere 3 minutes. The technician neglected to clean beneath the free edge of my toenails after filing, leaving me to remove the nail dust and flakes myself at home. The deluxe pedicure was far from luxurious, especially considering the hefty price tag.
What a fantastic salon! I appreciate their use of gentle products and avoidance of drills while still achieving stunning nail results. This place has quickly become my go-to salon!
