I was fortunate to have a coupon for this place. However, from the moment I walked in, I had a feeling I should have left. The lady at the front desk was rude and seemed bothered that I was a walk-in with no wait time. The second lady, working on the third or fourth chair to the right, checked me in and gave me what felt like a military cut. It only took her 6-7 minutes, during which she cut my ear with the clippers, leaving my neck feeling like it's burning. She either needs new clippers or should at least clean them. Despite the experience, I still tipped her, but she had the nerve to roll her eyes. I didn't complain; I just wanted to forget this experience. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.
