I am thrilled to have stumbled upon this hidden gem!! The ambiance is delightful, tastefully decorated. The overall experience was fantastic. The person in charge is fair and transparent with pricing, which I appreciate. Even when I'm in a hurry and short on time, I can trust that they will deliver excellent service, whether it's shaping my eyebrows or doing my nails. And let me tell you about Jess....her nail art skills are AMAZING!!!! 🤩 I rarely take the time to leave Google reviews, but this place definitely deserved it. 💯
This was my first visit to this salon. I had heard positive reviews but usually frequented a nail care and spa in Fleming Island. Simon did my nails, and while he was pleasant, I am deeply disappointed with the outcome. These nails look terrible, and I'm upset because I rarely pamper myself. Simon claimed the high price was due to gel nails, but they did not appear to be gel, and I did not request gel. The application was thick, uneven, and lacked cuticle work. The nails are bulky, uneven, and poorly shaped. Acrylic is spilling over, and they already feel like they're lifting at the cuticle. I paid $103 (no tip) for a full set and basic pedicure. The pedicure was average, but Simon seemed rushed during my nail service, neglecting to file underneath or smooth the nails. He didn't have me wash my hands before applying polish, resulting in bumps under the polish due to file dust. I regret not sticking to my usual salon. The woman beside me was also dissatisfied with her pedicure as pink residue was left on her toes. Sadly, I won't be returning. Despite being a generous tipper, I couldn't bring myself to tip due to the poor quality.
I absolutely cannot endorse this establishment. I visited on July 6th for a nail appointment. Initially, it was a disaster. I had to ask the technician to redo three of my nails three times. The cow print design I requested was poorly executed, with bubbles forming in the polish. I paid $88 for this nail set. Fast forward to July 15th, several bubbles have appeared, and my nails are already growing out, which is unacceptable. I invested too much money for my nails to look like this after just one week. I am extremely dissatisfied and would advise others to steer clear of this place.
