I'm not an expert in this field. Massages are not a regular occurrence for me. However, out of all the massages I've ever had, this one was undoubtedly the best. I started going a couple of weeks ago and now I aim to return at least once a week or every other week. The feeling of relaxation is truly amazing, and my lower back feels significantly better. I requested focus on my knee, which is due for replacement soon. After some attention, it felt immensely improved.
