The stylist was tardy and seemed more focused on personal conversations with another stylist rather than attending to clients. Despite having an appointment, she allowed a regular customer to cut in line, showing a lack of respect for scheduled appointments. I will not be returning to this salon.
This was my second visit to this salon and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While they may excel in weaves, sew-ins, and perms, they struggled with natural hair. I requested a silk press but ended up with a greasy blowout. The pricing based on hair length was unreasonable, especially considering the lack of thorough service. The stylist was also late for my appointment, further adding to the negative experience. Most professionals wash hair at least twice, but I only received one wash here. I recommend avoiding this salon to save both time and money.
