Absolutely terrible nail job. Nails are bulky and not what I requested. My previous review was removed, but I spent a grueling 4 hours in the salon. I didn't wait for assistance; I was proactive in getting my nails done. The staff raised their voices at me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. One nail is already peeling, and the gel polish on others is chipping. I specifically asked for coffin nails, but only my thumb resembles one.
