I recently visited this salon for a haircut and highlights. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Emily did an amazing job! She took the time to understand my preferences and provided valuable suggestions to achieve the look I wanted. I am very satisfied with the results and will definitely return for my next hair appointment. I might even bring my family along next time!

I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The frequent turnover of staff makes it challenging to establish a rapport with a preferred stylist. The lack of organization from the owner or management team is evident, leading to a negative atmosphere within the salon. While I used to enjoy visiting this place, I cannot recommend it until they address their staffing issues and focus on retaining their staff effectively.

My haircut turned out well. The stylist did a great job. However, I noticed that there were two different individuals handling the phone and checking in clients, which seemed to disrupt the flow of the appointment. It was frustrating to see the stylist constantly interrupted by phone calls and walk-ins. I believe the salon should work on streamlining their processes to make it easier for the stylists to focus on their work without constant interruptions.
