All the staff are friendly, and they offer tea while you wait. They create a comfortable atmosphere with a great attitude! My hairstylist, Caitlyn, is exceptional! I'm so grateful to have her. She is incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely interested in my life. She exudes positive energy and makes me feel at ease. I love how she transforms my dull hair into lively, voluminous locks after each cut and style!
Melanie was incredibly kind and gave me the exact haircut I wanted! Getting bangs can be nerve-wracking, but she did a fantastic job and checked in with me throughout the process. I will definitely be returning because of the exceptional service provided by her and the rest of the team!
