Dina is an incredibly skilled stylist. Our appointments feel like quality time with a loved one. She dedicates attention to us, making the experience intimate. My daughter and I visit for hair coloring, and others often inquire if it's natural. Over the past year and a half, she's become a close friend. Dina is undoubtedly our top choice. I've never received a better haircut or color.
This was my first visit. I came in for a cut and style with my long gray hair. Dina executed exactly what I desired. It was a delightful experience; she listened, was attentive, and engaging. A fantastic salon! I highly recommend it.
I must say, this Dina lacks professionalism. She canceled my appointment 45 minutes prior, citing "car problems." With her rates, she should be able to fix her car. Despite this, I gave her another chance for a basic haircut, priced at 60 bucks!! Nothing extraordinary. I scheduled highlights but had to cancel with over 24 hours' notice. Then, I received an email stating I'd have to pay a $50 cancellation fee to return! Not worth it. Don't waste your money. Opt for a higher-end establishment with professional staff. She'd fit better at a Hair Cuttery in Walmart. I'm not undermining businesses; I'm simply sharing the truth. People deserve to know about the shady practices before visiting. I'm not concerned about finding a new stylist. I definitely won't be returning here! Thank you.
