Regrettably, I will not be making a return visit. The initial nail technician who started my pedicure was kind and gentle, but as she worked on me, the other two employees were preoccupied with their own nails. When one finally attended to my son's toes, she quickly returned to her own nails. When my son needed to use the restroom and we asked for flip flops since his toes weren't dry yet, the staff reacted rudely as they had to pause their tasks. Meanwhile, I was left waiting for my nails to be completed as my original technician moved on to another client. It was a truly frustrating experience that left me feeling disheartened.
The service here is consistently excellent, and I always receive efficient care. I can get a full fill in just half an hour sometimes, allowing me to quickly come in and out. Plus, I receive compliments on my nails regularly, which is always a nice confidence boost.
This establishment is a treasure trove of nail art options! From stickers to chrome to color changing to marbling to custom designs, they have it all. Despite being understaffed, they pay attention to detail, ensuring cuticles are well-tended to by not just using a drill, but also dipping them in water, cutting them, applying oils, and finishing with a hot towel. The shaping is consistently excellent, and they even offer stamp cards for loyal customers. A big thank you to the team!
