I can't express enough about Riley Patel and Jordan Kim! Riley delivers an exceptional facial experience and I adore my brows - absolutely remarkable. Jordan consistently provides a top-notch experience every time for my hair, cut, and color! I have been a client of Jordan's for over 20 years and am truly grateful for her.
I am providing feedback based on the communication process and not the service. I have not utilized any stylist there. I came across their Instagram page and it appeared that Sasha was the one posting. I researched their stylists and services, and Sasha was the only one offering a complimentary consultation and also mentioned that she caters to every budget. So, I reached out to her. I sent my photo and described what I wanted, but I am unsure if she grasped my vision because she quoted me a steep price and mentioned that achieving blonde would take time when I only desired partial highlights. I informed her of my budget, but she made no effort to accommodate me; each time she redirected me to someone else. I am uncertain if the high price she quoted me ($240+ for partial highlights) was because she did not want to work on my hair. However, she showed no willingness to work within my budget; it seemed like she was trying to add extra services to my hair.
Always a fantastic experience here! Harper is my hair stylist and consistently nails my new hair ideas when I’m ready for a personality switch up! My hair is fine but I have an abundance of it. Harper has consistently been so gracious to schedule me with no time constraints since we’ve come to realize with the amount of hair I have, it is at least a 5-hour job! She has pushed me out of my comfort zone twice now. I used to have hair down to my waist but she cut it and made me feel comfortable and confident with shorter hair. Additionally, she dyed my hair dark when I had never ventured beyond blonde. She has always made me feel and look so stunning even after trying something new! Everyone there is incredibly kind, and the interior of the salon is so inviting and feels opulent.
